- Job Duties:
- Workers will assist in two main areas on a farm for a farmer, this includes fertilizer application and maintenance of farm buildings and farm structures. Clean work areas and maintain farm grounds. Adjust, repair, and service farm machinery and notify supervisors when machinery malfunctions. Mix specified materials or chemicals, and dump solutions, powders, or seeds into sprayer machinery. Load and unload crops or containers of materials, manually or using conveyors, hand trucks, forklifts, or transfer augers. Must have experience with TERREGATOR and JOHN DEERE/ CASE Ag Equipment. Operate forklifts, skid loaders, or pickup trucks to haul crops, supplies, tools, or farm workers.

- Minimum of 3 months of experience is required. Must be able to obtain a driver's license within 30 days of hire. Lift and carry items weighing up to 60 pounds. Extensive pushing and pulling is required. Extensive sitting is required. Repetitive movements is required. Workers must have positive verifiable experience relevant to the job and be capable of performing physically demanding tasks. Workers must be able to speak English. Employees must adhere to strict biosecurity, company policies, and food safety guidelines, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Certain roles may require a valid drivers license within 30 days of hire and a clean driving record for operating company vehicles. Exceptional performance may be rewarded with additional compensation or benefits at the employers discretion. Workers must be responsible, follow instructions, and comply with attendance, punctuality, and work schedules, as repeated absenteeism, failure to meet job expectations,
