Job Duties:
Workers will perform manual labor associated with the production of strawberries, black raspberries, and other small fruit (juice berries). Duties include planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops. Workers will hand-harvest strawberries, black raspberries, and juice berries according to quality and ripeness standards. Workers will weed fields and planting areas by hand or using hand tools such as hoes. Workers will assist with trimming blossoms and pruning plants to promote healthy crop development and yield. Additional duties include removing rocks from fields to maintain safe and efficient growing conditions, as well as general field sanitation and maintenance. Workers may assist with field preparation, including planting and maintaining crop rows. Workers must be able to perform physically demanding tasks, including prolonged walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, and lifting and carrying items weighing up to 50 pounds. Work is performed outdoors in varying weather conditions. Workers will follow all safety, quality, and agricultural practices as instructed by the employer. Workers may be required to work extended hours during peak harvest periods. Workers may assist with sorting and packing harvested berries in the field.

3 months verifiable experience working in a vineyard handling both manual and mechanized tasks. Workers with clean driving record and/or insurable driver's license may be requested to drive company vehicles.
