Job Duties:

We are a construction company that builds on the farm grain bins and repairs augers and conveyors for farmers. This is done from May through the end of November on a typical year. Job duties may include and are not limited to tasks such as: be able to handle working in high humidity; clean work areas; construct facilities; use hand tools such as wrenches, crow bars, air tools, electric tools; work in extreme temperatures. Equipment such as but not limited to the following will be used/operated by the workers in conjunction with the duties being performed: bins, silos, loading and unloading facilities, forklift, mowers and other landscaping equipment, skid steers. The workers will be performing the duties to help produce: Constructing Grain Bins and Ag equipment (augers, conveyors), maintain equipment and job sites. Must speak and understand English.

Special Requirements:

Two (2) months of recent and verifiable experience required for the job duties listed. Must be able to obtain appropriate drivers license following hire and obtain clean driving record. Be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Once hired, worker may be required to take a random drug test at no cost to the worker. Testing positive or failure to comply may result in immediate termination from employment.
