Job Duties:
Crops: Chili Peppers, onions, watermelon. Duties may include: Plant, cultivate and nurture plants. Weed, hoe, prune. Operate irrigation equipment. Move boxes manually and with forklift. Field work begins assigned time: Pick chiles both with and without stems per pail/bucket by hand, pick per box using a harvesting machine. Cleanup trash, sweep, mop, clean bathrooms, lugs, trailers & other related farm worker activities. Must have 3 months Harvesting exp. Static strength; exert maximum muscle force to lift, push, pull, unload, carry objects up to 50lbs.
