Job Duties:

Workers will harvest blueberries, planting, pruning, fertilize and weighing blueberry loads. other job duties may include pulling weeds, laying plastic, irrigation pipes. Job duties may include and are not limited to tasks such as: be able to handle working in high humidity, clean work areas, direct and monitor work during planting and harvesting, hand pick and manually grade crops, load and unload materials and commodities, weigh containers and record weights and identifying information, work in extreme temperatures. Equipment such as but not limited to the following will be used/operated by the workers in conjunction with the duties being performed: box sorting equipment. The workers will be performing the duties to help produce: fruit.

Special Requirements:

Be able to work in extreme conditions such as heat, humidity, wind, cold. Lift and carry supplies. Follow instructions. Once hired, worker may be required to take a random drug test at no cost to the worker. Testing positive or failure to comply may result in immediate termination from employment. . Lift up to 40 lbs.
