- Job Duties:
- Workers will perform general farm and ranch labor associated with the care of livestock, crop production, and property maintenance. Duties include operating farm equipment such as a Kubota SU175 skid steer and a John Deere 135 HP tractor to assist with feeding livestock, moving materials, and performing routine agricultural tasks. Workers will assist with working cattle, including sorting, moving, feeding, and general herd management. Additional duties include feeding cattle, maintaining feeding areas, and monitoring livestock as directed by the employer. Workers will also perform fence repair and maintenance, including replacing posts, stretching wire, and maintaining boundary and pasture fencing. Other responsibilities include trimming trees, maintaining orchards and farm property, and harvesting fruit by hand when in season. Workers must follow all safety procedures and instructions provided by the employer. Duties may vary depending on weather conditions, crop schedules, and livestock needs.
