Job Duties:

Repair and maintain farm vehicles, implements, and mechanical equipment. Harvest fruits and vegetables by hand. Inform farmers or farm managers of crop progress. Operate tractors, tractor-drawn machinery, and self-propelled machinery to plow, harrow and fertilize soil, or to plant, cultivate, spray and harvest crops. Drive trucks to haul crops, supplies, tools, or farm workers. Clean work areas, and maintain grounds and landscaping. Plant, spray, weed, fertilize, water, and prune plants, shrubs, and trees, using gardening tools. Ability to identify pumpkins based on size, color, and overall quality standards, and to accurately count and pack them according to specified requirements. Farming with: Pumpkins

Special Requirements:

Minimum of 3 months of experience is required. Must be able to obtain a driver's license within 30 days of hire. Employer requires criminal background check post-hire at employers' expense due to the presence of children on the farm. Failure to pass criminal background check will result in termination of employment. Lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds. The worker will be exposed to extreme temperatures. Extensive walking is required. Frequent stooping is required. Repetitive movements is required. Workers must have positive verifiable experience relevant to the job and be capable of performing physically demanding tasks. Workers must be able to speak English. Employees must adhere to strict biosecurity, company policies, and food safety guidelines, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Certain roles may require a valid drivers license within 30 days of hire and a clean driving record for operating company vehicles. Exceptional performance may be rewarded
