Job Duties:

Performs duties like: drive and operate farm machinery to plant, cultivate, harvest and store grain crops. Attach farm implements, such as plow, disc and drill to tractor. Till soil; plant and cultivate grain. Tow harvesting equipment. Drive and operate self-propelled combine & harvest equipment. Maintain and clean farm machinery. Drive trucks to haul crops, supplies tools, or farm workers. Perform Custom Harvesting duties on a farm. Drive and operate harvesting machines or custom cutting machinery to harvest a variety of grain and oil-seed crops. Adjust speeds of cutters, blowers and conveyors, and weight of cutting head, using hand tools. Change the cutting head as appropriate for the crop. Drive trucks to haul crops, supplies tools, or farm workers. Make incidental in-field repairs to ag equipment, as needed.. Tow harvesting equipment. Clean farm equipment.

Special Requirements:

No minimum education requirement. Must be able to obtain a driver's license within 30 days of hire. Employer requires drug screen post hire at employers expense due to the liability of operating equipment. Failure to pass drug screen will result in termination of employment. Lift and carry items weighing up to 60 pounds. The worker will be exposed to extreme temperatures. Extensive sitting is required. Frequent stooping is required. Repetitive movements is required. Workers must have positive verifiable experience relevant to the job and be capable of performing physically demanding tasks. Workers must be able to speak English. Employees must adhere to strict biosecurity, company policies, and food safety guidelines, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Certain roles may require a valid drivers license within 30 days of hire and a clean driving record for operating company vehicles.
