Job Duties:

The employer will furnish, without charge, all tools, supplies, and equipment required in the performance of the specified work. Workers will be charged for any willful damage or loss of such tools and equipment. Hay & Straw: Workers may cut and bale hay and straw with equipment. Workers may load and unload bales onto trucks or wagons. Workers may load bales in barns for storage. Workers may load trucks for shipping. Workers may prepare fields for the next crop. Diversified crops: corn, beans, wheat, hay & straw Workers may fill planters with seed from 50lb. Bags. Workers may operate equipment to prepare fields. Workers may spray crops for weeds and grass. Workers may apply water and fertilizers. Workers may restock trucks and equipment with seed bags. Workers may use equipment to prepare fields for planting. Workers may load and unload harvested crops for shipping and storage. Other Related Duties: Workers may chop weeds from between plants with a hoe. Workers may drive and operate farm machinery to plant, cultivate, harvest row crop. perform variety of other duties such as husking and shelling corn, lubricating and repairing farm machinery unloading grain onto conveyors to storage bins and elevators. Assis in set up of product for sale of crop.
