- Job Duties:
- perform a variety of duties; manually plant, cultivate, fertilize, dig, box, transplant, load and unload inventory and equipment. Must be able to lift/carry 50 lbs. With proper licensing, workers may be asked to operate light pickup trucks to make deliveries within 75 miles. Involves loading and unloading tools and supplies and equipment weighing up to 50 lbs. Involves working outdoors in all types of weather. Involves extensive standing, sitting or walking. Involves frequent stooping or bending. Involves repetitive movements. Possibility of performance based raise, bonuses, overtime and Saturdays as required. . Daily hours may vary between start and end times listed depending on weather or job assignments. Starting wage from 12.78 to 16.00, based on tenure and experience.
