- Job Duties:
- Worker will be required to perform a variety of duties under SOC Code 45-2091 Agricultural Equipment Operators such as: Drive and control various pieces of machinery for swathing and baling as well as preparing and storing hay and silage; Assisting with the planting, watering, fertilizing and harvest of crops, forage and hay. Measure and record physical characteristics of forage such as moisture content as well as weather condition; Mix specified materials or chemicals; Drive tender truck to haul chemical, water, fuel, tools; Manipulate controls to set, activate, and adjust mechanisms on machinery. Observe and listen to machinery operation to detect equipment malfunctions. Repair and maintain farm vehicles, implements, and mechanical equipment. Operate tractors, tractor-drawn machinery, and self-propelled machinery to plow, harrow and fertilize soil, or to plant, cultivate, spray and harvest crops. Clean work areas, and maintain grounds and landscaping. Must speak and understand English.

- One (1) month of recent and verifiable experience required for the job duties listed. Must be able to obtain appropriate drivers license following hire and obtain clean driving record. Be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Once hired, worker may be required to take a random drug test at no cost to the worker. Testing positive or failure to comply may result in immediate termination from employment.
