Job Duties:

Assist with walking rice fields pulling off-type weeds; Manipulate controls to set, activate, and adjust machinery, operate or tend self-propelled equipment and implements such as tractor, grain cart, combine, tractor or truck with trailer, etc. for duties such as harvesting, storing, moving to market or storage crops such as corn, soybeans, rice; Operate machinery such as planter, sprayer to cultivate, fertilize and plant crops; Clean worksite; Irrigate crops; Repair and maintain equipment; Attend to farm animals; Haul and spread inputs; Repair farm structures; Mix materials and attach equipment; Weight containers. Must speak and understand English.

Special Requirements:

Two (2) months of recent and verifiable experience required for the job duties listed. Must be able to obtain appropriate drivers license following hire and obtain clean driving record. Be able to lift up to 75 lbs. Once hired, worker may be required to take a random drug test at no cost to the worker. Testing positive or failure to comply may result in immediate termination from employment.
