Job Duties:

Worker will be required to perform a variety of duties under SOC Code 45-2093 such as: Attend to live farm, ranch animals on a cow-calf operation; Duties include feeding, watering, herding, catching, sorting, castrating, branding, and loading animals; Deliver, move feed/feedstuffs to cattle to supplement diet; Maintain records on loads; Examine animals to detect diseases and injuries and administer vaccinations and medicines as necessary; Drive trucks to transport livestock and feed from one location to another; Inspect, maintain, prepare, and repair livestock equipment and facilities; Use ATVs, horses, and or trucks to check fence lines for evidence of predators or hazards and make repairs to holes/fences. Must speak and understand English.

Special Requirements:

Six (6) months recent and verifiable experience required for the job duties listed. Must be able to obtain appropriate drivers license following hire and obtain clean driving record. Be able to lift up to 100 lbs. Once hired, worker may be required to take a random drug test at no cost to the worker. Testing positive for an illegal/controlled substance or failure to comply may result in immediate termination from employment.
