Job Description

- Job Duties:
- Operating tractors for spring tillage, rock picking, planting and spraying for corn, soybeans and wheat. Operating disk bine, rake, merger, tractor, trucks and choppers for hay harvest. Operating combine, chopper, grain cart, trucks and silage carts for fall harvest. Fall tillage work, scrapers and rock picking. Daily maintenance and repair of equipment. Assisting with moving cattle from spring calving pasture to summer pasture and back to the farm for the winter. Assist with fence repair and maintenance and maintaining cattle health. Drive farm trucks within the ag exemption. No commercial or heavy truck driving is required. The employer, at its sole discretion, grant pay increases based on factors such as performance, longevity, and/or experience. Workers returning for a consecutive season will be paid at the previous season’s rate if that rate exceeds the current published rate

Any conviction that will prevent you from maintaining a valid driver's license will result in termination. Must have a regular driver's license or an international driver's license. Require 3 months experience.
