Job Duties:
The employer is seeking reliable, hardworking individuals to assist with the harvest season (including pre and post-harvest). Duties required: Harvesting, planting, counting, loading, unloading and field packing strawberries, blueberries, cantaloupe, squash, eggplant, peppers and zucchini. Other duties may include grading and packing in the field or shed/packinghouse located on the farm, field walking and general farm labor such as, but not limited to, pulling weeds and plastic, raking, laying irrigation pipes and plastic, digging ditches, cleaning around shed areas, field and camp sanitation, and farm or housing maintenance. Workers should follow safety and farm instructions. This job will be done under varying outdoor extreme weather conditions such as heat, direct sunlight, cold weather, possible rain, wind and exposure to pollen. Repetitive physical conditions such as prolonged walking, standing, heavy bending, stooping, reaching and lifting will be involved on a regular basis. Background check and random drug testing will be post-hire at employer's expense. 207 workers needed to start on 8/1/26 and the remaining 1,026 workers needed to start on 10/25/26.
