- Job Duties:
- Worker will be required to drive tractors to harvest soybeans and rice, and plant perform any general farm labor that is required in the operation of a soybean and rice farm. Including but not limited to: shovel work, drainage, minor repair and maintenance to farm equipment and vehicles, keeping house and shop yard clean and free of debris. Drug tests may be administered post-hire at the employer's expense to ensure worker safety and keep in compliance with workers compensation guidelines. Failure to comply or testing positive may result in immediate termination. Workers must comply with all work and posted rules. All workers must be physically able to perform all duties described.
