Job Duties:

Crops: assorted fruit, row crops, including vegetables and flowers. -Crop production, including seeding, planting, harvesting, maintenance including fertilization, weeding pest, and disease control, and quality control -General farm and grounds maintenance and repair -Utilize, install, and maintain irrigation systems -Utilization of small equipment, including but not limited to small tractors, lawn mowers, and power tools, and hand tools. -Logging daily facility checks, pest management, and harvest data for food safety program on tablet software Workers must follow housing and transportation rules for the safety and comfort of the workers.

Special Requirements:

We require two months of recent and verifiable experience within the past two years agricultural hand labor experience working with various vegetable crops. Workers must be able to perform manual activities with accuracy and efficiency. Drug testing is conducted at the employer's expense: post-hire/prior to employment, upon reasonable suspicion, post-accident, and at random or periodically. Must be able to understand work & safety instructions in English or Spanish, the languages spoken and written in the workplace.
