Job Duties:

Use hand tools such as shovels, scoops, brooms, for sweeping, cleaning, and repairing grain bins, augers, and dryers; Repair farm vehicles, implements, and mechanical equipment; Monitor moisture levels using moisture sensors in the scale house; Turning levers and knobs to dry grain, sweep bins with hand broom after grain is augured; Guide products onto conveyers to regulate flow; Load agricultural products into trucks without over or under filling to be delivered to market facilities; Maintain inventory; Must be able to work in dusty conditions and be willing to work inside grain bins; Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate employer provided safety equipment. Must speak and understand English.

Special Requirements:

Be able to work in extreme conditions such as heat, humidity, wind, cold. Lift and carry supplies. Follow instructions. Once hired, worker may be required to take a random drug test at no cost to the worker. Testing positive or failure to comply may result in immediate termination from employment. Must be able to obtain appropriate drivers license within 30 days following hire and obtain clean driving record to be able to operate company vehicle. Lift up to 50 lbs.
