Job Duties:

We need seasonal employees to assist with the duties related to the production of these crops. Employees will operate farm machinery such as peanut combine, peanut dump cart, cotton pickers, tractors, front-end loaders, sprayers and other farm equipment to plant, grown, irrigate, spray and harvest corn, cotton and peanuts. Employees will need to do yard work as directed, fence repair and shop work during slower times. Employees will need to complete routine repairs and maintenance on equipment. The employer, at its sole discretion, may grant pay increases based on factors such as performance, longevity, and/or experience. Employer may also, at its sole discretion, offer performance-based incentive bonuses that are not guaranteed and are determined by the employer. Workers returning for a consecutive season will be paid $16.22/hr if that rate exceeds the current published rate.
