Job Duties:

Job is helping harvest corn and soybeans in IL. Job will include: tillage, farm trucking, drainage tile install, grain handling, and equipment maintenance. We operate John Deere equipment with GPS systems on all operations The employer, at its sole discretion, may grant pay increases based on factors such as performance, longevity, and/or experience. Employer may also, at its sole discretion, offer performance-based incentive bonuses that are not guaranteed and are determined by the employer. Workers returning for a consecutive season will be paid at the previous season’s rate if that rate exceeds the current published rate.

Special Requirements:

Must have a regular driver's license. Job requires extensive sitting, exposure to extreme outdoor temperatures and repetitive movements. We conduct post-hire random drug testing to enforce a drug free workplace. Failing a drug test will result in termination. We require 3 months experience.
