Job Duties:

Job duties will include preparing fields for planting; engaging in planting, weeding, spraying, cultivating, and harvesting activities; loading hoppers, containers, or conveyors using forklifts, augers, suction gates, shovels, or pitchforks; inspecting, adjusting, and performing routine maintenance and repairs on equipment; recording agricultural data as required; assisting with calving operations; feeding and monitoring cattle; moving and handling livestock; assisting with cattle vaccinations and processing; and performing other duties related to the employer's seasonal crop and livestock operations. The employer, at its sole discretion, may grant pay increases based on factors such as performance, longevity, and/or experience. Employer may also, at its sole discretion, offer performance-based incentive bonuses that are not guaranteed and are determined by the employer
