- Job Duties:
- We need seasonal employees to assist with the growing and harvesting of corn and soybeans. Employees will operate equipment including, but not limited to, semi-tractors and trailers, pickup trucks, mowers, forklifts, skid loaders. Complete general yard maintenance. Apply chemical and fertilizer to the crop with sprayers and spreaders. Haul grain to storage bins. Overtime (1.5x) applies after 40 hours. Employer may provide pay increases for performance and experience at employer’s discretion. Employer may provide performance bonuses at the end of the contract at the employer’s discretion. Returning workers may receive additional pay based on previous season’s performance.

- Special Requirements:
- Work effectively as a team member and must act professionally at all times while working between team members and supervisors. Must have a Class A CDL or be able to obtain within 30 days of hire. Must be able to get a tanker license within 30 days. Must be willing and able to work extended hours in-season and whenever else needed. Possess good communication skills and maintain a positive attitude. Adhere to federal and state regulations pertaining to D.O.T. chemicals and fertilizers. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Employer will conduct post-hire drug tests at no cost to the employee to enforce a drug free workplace policy. Failing a drug test will result in termination. Employer will conduct post-hire criminal background checks at no cost to the employee and will not employ anyone with a felony/theft criminal background as required by the workplace safety policy and company HR hiring practices as allowed by law. Require 3 months experience.
