Job Duties:

Pistachio, pomegranate, and almond agricultural workers to perform the following duties: As directed by the supervisor, and observing all safety rules of the company, perform agricultural related work both manually and/or with the use of the company’s farm equipment such as a tractor (with various implements), ATV, shaker, sweeper, harvester. Functions include, but are not limited to: Discing, mowing, cultivating, pruning, weeding, replanting/staking new trees, poling, raking, and hand harvesting. In addition to general labor tasks, must safely operate, adjust and maintain the company’s farm equipment. Must be able to move freely between tasks depending on workload, season, etc. Other ag related tasks as needed, including but not limited to, cleaning up of roadways, equipment yards, shops.
