Job Duties:

Fall calving season. Help deliver the calves when help is needed and give the calf its colostrum. Make sure mother has access to fresh feed and give proper calving protocol if needed. Winter hoof trimming. Trim the hooves from the cows as each cow needs yearly hoof care. No CDL Required and no commercial truck driving required.

Special Requirements:

Minimum of 1 months of experience is required. Lift and carry items weighing up to 60 pounds. The worker will be exposed to extreme temperatures. Extensive walking is required. Repetitive movements is required. Workers must have positive verifiable experience relevant to the job and be capable of performing physically demanding tasks. Workers must be able to speak English. Employees must adhere to strict biosecurity, company policies, and food safety guidelines, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Certain roles may require a valid drivers license within 30 days of hire and a clean driving record for operating company vehicles. Exceptional performance may be rewarded with additional compensation or benefits at the employers discretion.
