Job Duties:

The employer is seeking reliable, hardworking individuals to assist with the broccoli harvest (including pre and post-harvest). Duties include preparing land for planting (shoveling, leveling), transplanting, harvesting, packing, general field clean-up, field walking, and operating farm equipment. Other job duties may include replanting, weeding, irrigation installation and removal, freeze protection of crops, and other general farm labor. Workers should follow safety and farm instructions. This job will be done under varying outdoor extreme weather conditions such as heat, direct sunlight, humidity, cold weather, possible rain, wind, and exposure to pollen, soil, mud, dust and other natural elements. Repetitive physical conditions such as prolonged walking, standing, heavy bending, stooping, reaching and lifting will be involved on a regular basis. 6 workers needed to start on 8/29/26; and the remaining 92 workers needed to start on 9/15/26.
