Job Duties:

Crew Housing Worker Incident to and in conjunction with Sierra Cascade’s farming operations on the farm, workers will perform secondary agriculture functions, as described at 29 C.F.R. 780.105(c), that include assisting with maintenance and upkeep of farmworker housing facilities, including stocking supplies, mopping, sweeping, garbage removal, laundry, and general clean-up to provide a high standard for safe and secure living conditions in compliance with applicable health and safety regulations.

Special Requirements:

This position requires a good understanding of the hospitality occupation. Must have 2 months of general hospitality work experience within the previous 2 years.
