- Job Duties:
- All general farm labor related to: Satsuma-Satsuma Harvesting and Blackberry-Field Maintenance. Workers will perform job duties as assigned by supervisor. Workers will be exposed to various weather conditions including, but not limited to, extreme cold and hot conditions, direct sunlight and rain. Workers must clean, harvesting satsuma, trim, prune, and all work maintenance. Workers will be required to have the physical strength and endurance to perform the work rapidly and skillfully with their hands. Workers will perform repetitive movements such as, prolonged walking, bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, pulling and heavy lifting. Workers will also be pulling weeds, raking, laying irrigation pipes, and digging ditches.
