Job Duties:

Operate stationary equipment such to perform tasks such as ginning; record weights and other identifying information including weight of bale and seed; manipulate controls to set, activate, and adjust mechanisms on machinery; load and unload bales; guide products on conveyors to regulate flow through machines; adjust, repair, and service machinery and notify supervisors of malfunctions; clean work areas; maintain inventory; repair and maintain equipment, buildings, and structures; attach equipment using hand tools; weigh and record weights and identifying information; during times of peak need and depending on weather or crop conditions, hours requested may increase; work at night may be requested; employer may request but cannot require workers to work on their Sabbath.

Be able to work in extreme conditions such as heat, humidity, wind, cold. Lift and carry supplies. Follow instructions. Once hired, worker may be required to take a random drug test at no cost to the worker. Testing positive or failure to comply may result in immediate termination from employment. .
