Job Duties:

Bus drivers/supervisors will pick up workers, take them to worksite, supervise workers, and drive them back to their housing. They are required to live in the housing provided by employer and take workers once a week to the bank, Walmart and to the laundry mat. Must have or be able to obtain immediately a farm labor contractor license. Background check and random drug testing will be post hire at employer's expense. Any crew leader (farm labor contractor) employed under this job order must have a valid state and federal Farm Labor Contractor Certificate of Registration and must abide by all the requirements of the Migrant and Seasonal Agricultural Worker Protection Act (MSPA). The employer understands that they are responsible for assuring that all conditions of this agreement are met regardless of any acts or omissions of the crew leader

Details of Material Term or Condition (up to 3,500 characters)* Prolonged walking, standing, bending, stooping, and reaching. Job is outdoors and continues in all types of weather_ Workers may be requested to submit to random drug or alcohol tests at no cost to the worker_ Failure to comply with the request or testing positive may result in immediate termination_ All testing will occur post-hire and is not a part of the interview process. Negative result may be required post-hire and before commencing work. Must be able to lift 75 lbs. to shoulder height repetitively throughout the workday and able to lift and carry 75 lbs_ in field. Must not hinder another workers productivity. Use of personal cell phone or other personal electronic device during working hours strictly prohibited except for work-related calls or emergencies and violation may result in immediate termination.
