Job Duties:

Operate a commercial tractor-trailer (CDL required) to transport raw/harvested agricultural products to farms, greenhouses, and nurseries. Transport harvested agricultural commodities from fields and production sites to designated processing facilities and warehouses. Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, comply with all applicable Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations and safety standards, and maintain accurate transportation and delivery records.

Special Requirements:

Must be able to lift and carry 50lbs/50 yds. Two (2) months of relative work experience operating a commercial tractor-trailer to transport agricultural products or commodities required. Must possess a valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) and be able to perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, maintain required transportation records, and comply with all applicable Department of Transportation(DOT) regulations and safety standards. Training will be provided on tasks required. The driver/worker must be able to read and speak the English language sufficiently to converse with the general public, understand highway traffic signs and signals in English, respond to official inquiries, and make entries on reports and records.
