- Special Requirements:
- One month experience in grading and packing vegetables required. Perform repetitive hand movements. Bend, stoop, walk, push/pull, sit, reach, lift and carry 50 lbs. over the shoulder repeatedly for long periods of time. Stand for prolonged periods of time. Physical stamina is required. Work in extremely hot (up to 100 degrees), humid, cold, or wet weather. Employer is a drug free workplace. All new employees are subject to a post-hire, employer-paid drug test. Any employee who declines to take or fails this drug test will be terminated and paid for all hours worked, if any. Employer reserves the right to conduct employer-paid post-accident and random drug testing, in accordance with state law. Any employee who declines to take or fails a drug test will be immediately terminated.
