Job Duties:

Participate in the inspection, grading, sorting, storage, and post-harvest treatment of crops such as loading, hauling hay; Repair and maintain farm vehicles, implements, and mechanical equipment; Operate tractors, tractor-drawn machinery, and self-propelled machinery to fertilize, spray and harvest crops such as hay, silage; Clean work areas and maintain grounds and landscaping; Attend to live farm animals such as feeding, processing, birthing, moving, hauling, marketing; Repair farm buildings, fences, and other structures; Attach implements using hand tools.

Special Requirements:

Be able to work in extreme conditions such as heat, humidity, wind, cold. Lift and carry supplies. Follow instructions. Once hired, worker may be required to take a random drug test at no cost to the worker. Testing positive or failure to comply may result in immediate termination from employment. Must be able to obtain appropriate drivers license within 30 days following hire and obtain clean driving record to be able to operate company vehicle. Lift up to 75 lbs.
