Job Duties:
The employer is seeking reliable, hardworking individuals to assist with the tomato and tomatillo harvest season. Duties include picking, handling, sorting, and packing, as well as general farm labor such as, but not limited to, tying, pulling weeds and cleaning the fields (including removing debris and general field sanitation). Duties may include operating farm equipment such as tractors and field trucks. Workers will perform services in accordance with farm, field, packinghouse, food-safety, quality-control, and workplace safety instructions. Workers should follow safety and farm instructions at all times. This job will be done under varying extreme outdoor weather conditions such as heat, high humidity, direct sunlight, cold weather, possible rain, wind, and exposure to pollen, soil, mud, dust and other natural elements. Repetitive physical conditions such as prolonged walking, standing, heavy bending, stooping, reaching and lifting will be involved on a regular basis. (Continued in Addendum C)
