Job Duties:
The tasks requested can only be performed during the winter months when crop farming has halted, and the machinery is no longer in use. Diagnose farm equipment repairs and disassemble farm equipment such as tractors, harvesters, tillage equipment and other agricultural equipment and farm machinery. Replace bearings and seals; install belts and chains; replace worn blades and cutting parts. Rebuild hydraulic cylinders and repair hydraulic systems, engines, and transmissions. Rewire electrical systems and replace damaged wiring and lighting components. Replace engine oil and hydraulic filters, fuel and air filters, hoses, batteries, brake pads and components. Drain oil in gear boxes boxes and replace with new oil. Use hand tools, power tools, diagnostic equipment, and shop machinery. Lubricate parts as needed during repair and assembly. Maintain repair records, maintenance logs, inventory usage, and parts replacement documentation. Drive to town to pick up supplies on occasion. No Commercial Driver's License Required and No Commercial Driving performed.

Special Requirements:
Minimum of 3 months of experience is required. Must be able to obtain a driver's license within 30 days of hire. Lift and carry items weighing up to 60 pounds. Frequent stooping is required. Workers must have positive verifiable experience relevant to the job and be capable of performing physically demanding tasks. Workers must be able to speak English. Employees must adhere to strict biosecurity, company policies, and food safety guidelines, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Certain roles may require a valid drivers license within 30 days of hire and a clean driving record for operating company vehicles. Exceptional performance may be rewarded with additional compensation or benefits at the employers discretion.
