Job Duties:

Break ice in water troughs so cattle can drink, operate tank heaters; provide hay as bedding for cattle, replace bedding as necessary to avoid contamination and disease; protect cattle from winter elements such as sleet, snow, ice, freezing temperatures; remove snow and ice from livestock facilities, inspect livestock for sickness administer medication to livestock to strengthen immune system during extreme weather; feed cattle during grass dormancy; inspect, maintain, prepare, mend equipment, buildings, pens, yards, and fences. While a CDL is not required for the job, some workers hired under this job order may already possess or obtain one.

Special Requirements:

Two (2) months of recent and verifiable experience required for the job duties listed. Must be able to obtain appropriate drivers license following hire and obtain clean driving record. Be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Once hired, worker may be required to take a random drug test at no cost to the worker. Testing positive or failure to comply may result in immediate termination from employment.
