- Job Duties:
- Perform general agricultural duties related to the harvesting of crops. Duties may include operating tractors, combines, grain carts, trucks, and other farm machinery used during harvest; loading, unloading, and transporting harvested crops; monitoring and assisting with grain handling; cleaning and maintaining equipment; performing minor equipment repairs and routine maintenance; preparing equipment for daily operations; and cleaning work areas, grain bins, and farm facilities. Workers may also perform general farm labor as needed to support harvesting operations, including occasional and minimal cattle-related duties when necessary. Work is performed outdoors and may require lifting, bending, climbing, and working extended hours during peak harvest periods, depending on weather and crop conditions
