- Job Duties:
- To perform a variety of tasks related to farm mechanics: tractors, sprayers, pumps, forklifts, gators. Driving between the labor camp and each farm. Oil changes on al farming equipment and company trucks for 10 farms. Repairing mechanical issues with farming equipment. Replacing, fixing, and ordering tires. Ordering mechanical parts from our vendors. Trouble shooting mechanical issues. Communicating to the farm managers on status of repairs. Work will take place outdoors in varying weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and humidity. One hour lunch break during weekdays.
