- Job Duties:
- General farm labor including operating farm equipment to harvest, till and fertilize corn and soybean crops and fields. Operate and maintain tractors, combines, skid loaders, sprayers, spreaders, planters, harvesters, semi-trucks, trailers, implements, grain carts and mowers. Workers will remove snow, maintain and overhaul equipment and haul crops from fields to storage locations. Manage, move and haul livestock as weather changes. Must be able to obtain a valid driver’s license. 3 months of agricultural equipment operating experience is required. Must be able to work in temperature extremes and lift and carry 75 lbs. for 75 yards. Additional hours in the evenings and on weekends required as needed.
