Job Description

- Job Duties:
- Primarily harvest and process pecans. Dig field grown trees, plant trees, prune trees, stake trees, irrigation and general nursery and pecan orchard work. Job duties may include and are not limited to tasks such as: clean work areas, load and unload materials and commodities, maintain grounds and landscaping, operate self propelled machinery, position boxes/bags at ends of machinery to catch products, remove and close full containers, repair and maintain farm vehicles, implements, and mechanical equipment, repair farm buildings, fences, and other structures, tilling soil, transplanting, weeding, thinning, pruning crops, use hand tools such as shovels, trowels, hoes, tampers, pruning hooks, shears, loppers, and knives, use hand tools such as wrenches, crow bars, air tools, electric tools. Equipment such as but not limited to the following will be used/operated by the workers in conjunction with the duties being performed: dirt moving equipment, forklift, irrigation equipment, mowers and other landscaping equipment, pickups, cars, etc, self-propelled machinery, skid steers, tractors. The workers will be performing the duties to help produce: trees.

- One (1) month of recent and verifiable experience required for the job duties listed. Be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Once hired, worker may be required to take a random drug test at no cost to the worker. Testing positive or failure to comply may result in immediate termination from employment.
