- Job Duties:
- Workers will assist with planting rice and soybeans in crawfish ponds. Duties will also include operating boats in the ponds while baiting and setting crawfish traps and assisting with the harvesting of crawfish from traps during the crawfish harvesting season. Workers may also be responsible for preparing crawfish for distribution and performing other related duties as assigned. Once hired, workers may be required to submit to random drug testing at no cost to the worker. A positive drug test or failure to comply with the testing requirements may result in immediate termination.
