Job Duties:

Worker will assist in the caring of parakeets; checking on health and vigor of parakeets, must be able to recognize sickness/disease. repairing and maintenance of feed, watering equipment and sanitizing; assisting in bird pairing, sexing, and color-genetic matching; bird grading for shipment, assisting in preparing for loading out birds for market; production analysis and culling, assist in bedding birds; cage, building, nest cleaning and sanitizing; feed ration mixing; driving farm vehicle.

Special Requirements:

Two (2) months of recent and verifiable experience required for the job duties listed. Must be able to obtain appropriate drivers license following hire and obtain clean driving record. Be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Once hired, worker may be required to take a random drug test at no cost to the worker. Testing positive or failure to comply may result in immediate termination from employment.
