Job Duties:

The employer is seeking reliable, hardworking individuals to assist on the blueberry farm. Job duties include general farm labor such as, but not limited to, spraying and application of pesticides, herbicides or fertilizers; operating farm equipment such as tractors, trucks, ATVs or utility vehicles; harvesting blueberries; and general farm maintenance. This job will be done under varying extreme outdoor weather conditions such as heat, high humidity, direct sunlight, cold weather, possible rain, wind, and exposure to pollen, soil, mud, dust and other natural elements. Repetitive physical conditions such as prolonged walking, standing, heavy bending, stooping, reaching and lifting will be involved on a regular basis. (Continued in Addendum C)
