- Job Duties:
- Picking and processing seafood and whole, cooked crabs. Sorting picked crab meat by grade (i.e., jumbo lump, backfin, special and claw). Sorting, packing and loading seafood for consumption by the general public. Preparing and cleaning work stations. Other general labor. Following is expanded job description regarding loading seafood duties: The containers of crabmeat are packed into boxes where the employee then proceeds to put the finished product into the coolers. When sales are made, the employee then retrieves the items from the cooler for the specific order and brings it to the finishing room for packing out onto pallets. The pallets are then loaded onto refrigerated trucks from our dock. *See addendum for continuation of description.
