Job Duties:
Sever parts of animal bodies; remove bones; perform standard and premium cuts to process meat; trim, clean, or cure animal hides; process meat; wrap dressed carcasses or meat cuts (involves repetitive movements; must be able to lift approximately 100 pounds due to carcass weight), perform maintenance and upkeep around processing facility and on processing equipment. Workers pass random drug screens for their protection and protection of fellow workers; Employer will pay for drug screens. Work hours: 8am until 5pm Monday through Friday except Federal and State holidays. No prior work experience or qualifications required. When workers start work for Employer, Employer will provide workers hands-on training necessary to perform duties. Workers will be directly supervised by James Miller (Owner, Director, Stockholder, Secretary/Treasurer of Employer business).

Employer will pay higher of $12.33 or prevailing hourly wage; assures that if change in prevailing hourly wage requires increased guaranteed minimum, such increase will be paid as of effective date of increase; deductions will be taken for Social Security and all required Fed & State taxes. Emplr will not deduct for meals or Workers' Comp insurance. Utilities & housing w/fully furnished kitchen that meets Fed, State, local codes will be provided to workers at no cost. Workers responsible for maintaining housing in neat clean manner. Reasonable repair cost of damage, other than caused by normal wear&tear, may be deducted from responsible worker's earnings but no deductions will be made which would bring employee's hourly wages below prevailing hourly wage. Anticipated dates of employment are Oct 1, 2018 thru June 26, 2019, 8a-5p Mon-Fri (40 hrs/wk) except Federal & State holidays. Single workweek = standard for wage computation & pay. No overtime anticipated but would be paid at rate of time + one half (current estimate = $18.50/hr). Emplr will provide (or reimburse upon completion of 50% of work contract) transportation & subsistence from employees' homes to work site to begin work contract and from work site to employees' homes upon dismissal, completion of work contract, or where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer. Amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to most economical and reasonable common carrier for distances involved; daily meals during transport will be provided at rate of at least $12.26/day up to $51.00/day with receipts. If necessary, workers will be reimbursed in first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing & other related fees, including those mandated by government (except passport fees). Emplr to provide workers at no cost: all required tools, supplies, & equipment; two meals at work facility each work day plus meat & groceries for 3rd meal each week day & for 3 meals per day on weekends; weekly transport between housing, grocery store, & other necessary retail markets; & daily transport between housing site and work facility.
