Job Duties:
Assist TREE Trimmer in clearing trees, branches, tree trunks, that interfere with communication lines, electric power lines, walkways, streets, driveways and right a ways or improve appearance of properties etc.Hoists tools and equipment to Tree Trimmers when directed by supervisor or other duties, lower branches and trees with ropes, Rope breaks, speed lines, block and tackle. Load branches into chipper, cut up branches to correct size for Chipper, keep work area clear of debris (using winch on trucks, rope, chains, tractors, rakes, shovels etc) & cleaning and maintaining work area. Setting up Work zone & Safety Zones with Road sign & Cones and maintain a safe area. Minor Maintenances for proper equipment operation includes but not limited to: Checking gas & oil levels, sharpening saw blades, removing trash and debris etc., and reporting to supervisor any unsafe or broken equipment.

Hours may vary depending on weather condition from 6:30 am until 3:00 pm Monday-Sunday Employer will offer 35 Hours per work week- Weekends required. Workers are needed to begin work on 02/01/2019 through 11/30/2019, No (0) Experience required, No (0) Education Required, The employer will provide on the job training in the proper use and maintenance for power tools and equipment. The employer will use a single workweek in computing wages due Worker will be paid on Friday (bi-weekly) by check The employer will make all deductions from the worker's paycheck required by Federal, State and Local Law. Housing: N/A Once hired worker may be required to take a random drug test at no cost to worker. Testing positive or failure to comply may be subject to immediate termination from employment. Worker will be paid no less than $15.49 per hour. Overtime hours may vary depending on weather or other condition and will be paid at $23.24 per Hour. Overtime is not guaranteed. Employer may give bonus/raise at the discretion of the employer base on the performance or worker history in addition to the hourly wage offered (not guaranteed) Worksites: Worker will be required to travel to multiple worksites throughout Terrebonne and Lafourche Parish daily at private residence and commercial properties. Workers are responsible for daily transportation to and from designated pick up location at126 Shamrock Drive Gray, LA 70359. Employer will then provide each work crew with daily transportation to and from the worksites location throughout Terrebonne and Lafourche Parish daily at private residence and commercial properties. H2B workers will be reimbursed by check in the first work week for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government (excluding passport fees). Employer will provide at no cost or deposit charge to worker, all tools, supplies and equipment required to perform the duties assigned in accordance with 20 CFR 655.20(k) The employer guarantees to offer worker for hours equal to at least three-fourth of workday in each 12 week period of the total employment period Inbound/Outbound Transportation: If worker completes 50 percent of the work contract period the employer will reimburse the worker for transportation and subsistence by check from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for worker's reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker's voluntary abandonment of employment. The economical and reasonable common carrier for the distance involved. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of at least $12.26 p/day during travel to a maximum of $51.00 p/day with receipts.
