- Temporary and full-time job duties as follows: Prepare, season, and cook dishes such as soups, meats, vegetables, or desserts in restaurants. May order supplies, keep records and accounts, price items on menu, or plan menu. Also perform a variety of food preparation duties. Work hours: 40 hrs/wk. Work week is Monday-Sunday. Multiple shifts: 10AM-6PM or 2PM-10PM. May require some weekends. Overtime possible. OJT provided if necessary.
