Job Description

- Job Duties:
- To serve/deliver food and beverage products to resort guests; assist with opening /closing of restaurant/food & beverage area; set-up/tear down work station; prepare sidework; take guest orders, advise kitchen of items ordered, serve/deliver requested items and present check to guest, clear table. Minimum 35 hours per week up to 40 hours per week. Open 7 days a week. Multiple 8 hour shifts between 6:30am-11pm. Sample shift 6:30 am -3:30 with a 1 hour unpaid meal break. Days, hours and shifts may vary with occupancy. Tip position $9.58/hr (base pay $4.50 per hour plus tips guaranteed to equal at least $9.58 per hour.) Allowed tip credit applied per FLSA guidelines to meet offered wage. Employer will guarantee offered wage for hours worked when allowed tip credit does not make hourly wage equal or exceed the offered wage of $9.58/hr. Employer may increase wage based on experience and/or provide additional pay for performance and tenure.
