Job Duties:

RESTAURANT ATTENDANTS MUST: Clean tables, arrange tables & chairs; take soiled dishes to kitchen, replace soiled table cloths. Set tables with clean linens, condiments, or other supplies. Scrape and stack dirty dishes and carry dishes and other tableware to kitchens for cleaning. Perform serving, cleaning, or stocking duties to facilitate customer service. Carry food, dishes, trays, or silverware from kitchens or supply departments to serving counters. Clean up spilled food or drink or broken dishes. Maintain adequate supplies of items, such as clean linens, silverware, glassware, dishes, or trays. Maintain neat/adequately stocked workstations and clean work area. Inform guests concerning services, facilities available.

The employee will work between 8-9pm. The days and scheduled time the employee will be working will rotate depending in order to accommodate the the needs of the hotel and the clients. The employees are scheduled in rotation in order to allow them to have days off at times if need be they will work through the weekends.
