Job Duties:

The job of the prep cook involves the prepping of many items on the restaurant's menu as well as cooking for busy lunch and dinner rushes. The job requires good multi-tasking skills and a great work ethic to handle the large variety of products. Good organization is also required to make sure the product is produced with the correct recipes and items. Such products produced are New-York Style Pizza, Salads, Chicken Wings, Pasta, Calzones, Sandwiches and Dessert. The production of these products require the handling of a wide variety of Fruits, Vegetables, Meats, Gluten, Gluten-Free products. Equipment used will be some food processors, Slicers, Fryers and Pizza Oven. The workweek would consist of 5+ days including weekends, as well as nights with Fryers and Pizza Ovens. The workweek would either be Tuesday-Saturday or Wednesday-Monday. will include 5+ days including weekends, as well as nights
