- Wash, peel, cut, measure dinner food items; Portion, wrap, plate and store food; Clean work areas, equipment, utensils, dishes and silverware; Practice safe food handling. Wash dishes, utensils, pots and pans by either hand or machine, maintain kitchen work areas and equipment clean and in orderly condition; Sweep and scrub floors, sort and remove trash; *5-6 SHIFTS PER WEEK BUT MAY VARY
